Master Overlay Collection 2026 – Cummins Engines

For use with Calterm software

These overlays have been tested and have over 100 hours of testing and garuntee a complete solution with that have no blocked faults in the block fault tables. To achieve this it takes anywhere from 700-2300 different parameter changes. These overlays are not available from any other source and are developed in house.

It is recommended to be used by those who understand the how to use these overlays and also have access to the “Correct” and matching configuration files. There is no support and no instruction as these files are for advanced users who understand the process of backing up and restoring the trucks parameters as well as unlocking the ECU and the correct process for flashing.

There are 2 purchase options. You can purchase as a complete pack which is the best deal. Otherwise you can purchase individually which price varies by 3 digit engine code.

These overlays can be used on any engine within the given 3 digit engine code of that overlay including any and all CPL or ECM codes for that specific engine.

For engines that have DEF and or DEF gauge. They will read 75% full, whether the tank is physically there or not. As well as supports all sensor unplugged or plugged in. It does not matter.

There are also VGT off files which are to be used in conjunction to the main overlay. All these files are safe and have have been tested to verify safe and correct engine function on “mechanically sound” engines. This will not fix an engine that has mechanical issues internally, so please address those issues if there are any before using these files.
